Terms & Conditions — cbje Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "cbje", "the Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cbje platform, accessible at cbje.io, and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a cbje account or is accessing the cbje platform.
• "Platform" refers to the cbje website (cbje.io), all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or application provided by cbje to facilitate access to its services.
• "Services" refers to all products and features made available by cbje, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the cbje platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and personal data.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which cbje account balances are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an account by cbje under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to any funds deposited by a Player using a real payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard), distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the cbje platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cbje platform, creating a Player account, or using any Service provided by cbje, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as the cbje Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you are accessing cbje on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the full authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and that individual meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

cbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change is involved, in which case we will notify registered Players by email or in-platform message at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the cbje platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a cbje account or to use any Service on the platform. cbje operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. cbje may require you to provide documentary evidence of your age at any time, and failure to satisfy this requirement will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

cbje makes its Services available to players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where access to online gaming is not expressly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of cbje is lawful in your jurisdiction. cbje does not make any representation that use of the platform is legal in any specific location. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are not permitted to register or use cbje.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a cbje account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to notify cbje promptly of any changes to your registered information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cbje. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of proxy services or VPNs — is strictly prohibited. cbje reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any associated balances upon detecting duplicate accounts.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time. cbje reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cbje account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. cbje recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-step verification. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your cbje account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. cbje will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and take appropriate remedial action. cbje is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Account Currency

All cbje accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. cbje does not maintain multi-currency accounts and does not apply any internal currency conversion. The BDT balance displayed in your account reflects your real-time available funds.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. cbje reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, until either the account is reactivated by login or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to inactivity fees being applied.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

cbje accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. cbje does not charge a deposit processing fee for local mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer and card payment fees may vary by provider.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. cbje reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion and will notify affected players accordingly.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. cbje targets a processing time of 1 to 4 hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. cbje reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Only Real Money Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds must meet applicable Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. cbje reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Player.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

cbje is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. cbje may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into a Player's account. Accounts under investigation for suspected financial misconduct will be suspended pending review, and cbje reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by cbje are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is made available. General bonus conditions that apply to all cbje promotions unless otherwise stated are set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a cbje account must be wagered a minimum of 25 times (25x) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% when settled at odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

cbje actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of free bet or refund promotions, and any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonus winnings voided and may face permanent suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited and removed from the account balance without notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on cbje are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. cbje reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from the displayed selection in cases of: match abandonment, team or player withdrawal after a bet is placed, data errors, obvious pricing errors, or events outside cbje's reasonable control. Bets placed after an event has started without in-play functionality being specifically offered are void.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on cbje are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game rules are governed by each studio's applicable rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, bets already placed and accepted before disconnection stand and are settled on the outcome of that round.

7.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games available on cbje operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. cbje does not manipulate game outcomes. 7.4 Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe and equivalent titles, use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round — specifically the multiplier at which the game crashes — is determined before the round begins using a combination of server seed and client seed, both of which can be verified by the Player. cbje is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that prevent a Player from cashing out before a crash event.

7.5 Obvious Errors

cbje reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed at odds or under conditions that are the result of an obvious technical error, pricing mistake, or data feed failure. This includes but is not limited to odds displayed at grossly incorrect values due to a system malfunction. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors in pricing will have associated winnings voided and may face account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbje platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or using another individual's account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to mask your true location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt practice related to the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other players, casino dealers, or cbje employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to generate unintended credits, bets, or winnings.
• Using the cbje platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cbje staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any completed deposit transaction without first contacting cbje support.
• Accessing cbje from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cbje platform — including but not limited to the cbje brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to cbje and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbje platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the cbje platform or its content without the express prior written consent of cbje.

Game content — including graphics, sounds, and mechanics from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studio partners — is owned by and licensed from the respective studios and is subject to their intellectual property rights in addition to cbje's.

10 Privacy and Data

By registering a cbje account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 cbje's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

cbje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months; or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

A Player may request closure of their cbje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method. Account closure does not release the Player from any obligations accrued prior to closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, cbje reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation where fraud or financial misconduct is suspected. cbje will provide written notice of forfeiture and the reasons for it unless prohibited from doing so by a legal obligation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbje's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbje is not liable for: losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages outside cbje's direct control; indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm; losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or technology vendors.

The cbje platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cbje does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 Player Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your cbje account, a bet settlement, a bonus, or any other matter, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.

14.2 Complaint Handling Timeframe

cbje will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days. Complex matters involving game provider review or third-party verification may require additional time, and cbje will keep you informed of progress in such cases.

14.3 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with cbje's resolution of a complaint, you may request escalation to cbje's senior management team. cbje's decision following escalation review is final and binding with respect to the Platform's internal processes. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to cbje's operating entity. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your jurisdiction, those mandatory provisions shall prevail to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
